Peter Copan, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Greetings...
If you’re like most people I’ve met and connected with from all over the world, you probably don’t realize just how amazing you are. And if you’re like most people I’ve met, you might only be vaguely aware of the ways your pain and trauma block you from embracing your amazingness. Over the years, I’ve developed a process that empowers clients to better understand themselves and discover the map they’ve been relying on to navigate their lives. This awareness gives you the opportunity to heal and discover a way of living that feels fuller and more meaningful to you.

In sessions, whatever you share with me will be welcomed with hospitality, kindness, and respect and connected to insights from neuroscience, psychology, and time-tested ancient wisdom. Whether you’re looking to heal from the roots or to put out some fires springing up in your life, I’d love to walk alongside you.

Your life can change. Let's find out together what you need in order to experience a greater sense of peace, wholeness, stability—whatever might be eluding you right now. We can discover new ways for you to navigate your relationships and life's challenges—less driven by your pain and more inspired by who you truly are.

Michelle Cook, LMHC

Greetings...
The weight you’ve been carrying on your shoulders has become too heavy to bear alone. Sometimes you find yourself reacting in ways you wish you wouldn’t: insecurity, isolation, fear, anger, or impulsive behavior. You’ve experienced hardship and stress–maybe even traumatic events–that have left a negative impact on your inner life, as well as your relationships. You wish there was a way to get some relief and find healing from these burdens! You dream of the version of yourself that is most genuine, connected, and free. You're hoping to grow a tool-belt of coping skills and you're ready to process the pains of your past.

This is the version of yourself we will uncover together in therapy! I will empower you with social and emotional tools to learn about your mental health and apply to daily living. I can also help you navigate the processing of past traumas through an evidence-based therapy called EMDR, which is known for providing quick relief to those in distress.

If you desire to integrate Christian faith into your healing process, I can be of support to you as well! Does this sound like a good fit for you? If so, I am looking forward to scheduling a FREE 15-minute consultation call with you so you can get started today!

Terrini Woods, LMHC

Hey there! Are you looking for a space that is judgement FREE, to get you on a peaceful journey?

My approach to mental wellness is grounded in my genuine care for helping others. Whether you're having trouble communicating with your love ones, dealing with high levels of stress, overwhelmed by grief & loss, experiencing family/parent conflicts, or just overwhelmed with past traumas that keep interrupting your peace; I can help. I strongly believe in the power of prayer, psycho-education, and mental health awareness to foster holistic healing and well-being. I aim to provide a nurturing and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I listen to your needs! I am curious about your story!

My understanding of the following modalities support my ability to help: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Humanistic Approach, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. For my self-care; I LOVE playing doubles tennis, playing group games (i.e. Taboo,), going to the beach and having a good laugh. Thanks for taking the time to read my bio. I look forward to connecting.

I help my clients break free from their personal struggles, create and foster better relationships, and live a more fulfilling life. Whether you’re a couple looking to deepen your relationship or overcome relational trauma, a student or young adult trying to figure out why things in your life aren’t what you want them to be, or you’re someone who is struggling with anxiety and depression and unable to cope, I am dedicated to providing a warm, accepting environment where you can work through life’s challenges to become a stronger person and experience healing through evidence-based psychotherapy rooted in a Christian understanding.

Snjezana Mileta

I believe that meaningful and lasting change begins within a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, focusing on developing insight into unconscious patterns, early life experiences, and relational dynamics that continue to influence thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships in the present.

Together, we explore how childhood wounds, attachment experiences, and longstanding coping strategies may contribute to current challenges. Through greater self-awareness and understanding, clients can begin to make different choices and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

While insight and the therapeutic alliance are central to my work, I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, experiential body-mind techniques, and EMDR for the treatment of residual trauma and unresolved emotional experiences.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify maladaptive patterns in thinking, feeling, perceiving, and relating, helping them cultivate greater emotional resilience, authenticity, and well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and transformation can occur.
